Great 1st time home buying experience with Cesar at KAM Realty.
Buying your first house is a daunting task anytime but throw in the current state of the market/world and it is plain terrifying. Cesar from the get-go was very personable, informative, very relaxed (which you need when you’re a stressed buyer) and he listened to all my concerns. He patiently explained the process and expectations in terms I could understand. When I started to feel defeated after some failed showings (on the seller’s part) he was reassuring and talked me through more options. In the end the house I didn’t think I could get, I got and I wouldn’t have if Cesar wasn’t such a great agent with KAM Realty.

Jose is the best!!! He did his due diligence through this whole process I couldn’t of asked for a better realtor! He was available to talk at any time through text email or phone never had me and my husband waiting for anything was on top of everything we needed to get done I don’t think this process would have been as smooth as it was if it wasn’t for Jose and buying a house is hard!! I will highly recommend Jose to everybody that I know who’s interested in buying a house he’s very professional and down to earth so you can have normal conversations with him as well as getting everything you need done professionally! As a first time home buyer you search for an agent that is honest, transparent, and knowledgeable. One that will advocate for you and make your home searching as seamless as possible. Unfortunately I had a very challenging time working with Ana. I did most of the research myself or was given inaccurate information when asked. I had very minimal advice with not much guidance as I nativigated through my home buying process. Normally I don’t write reviews but I wanted to warn potential buyers so they won’t have to experience what I went through.

Ken Mongeon and his professional team are hand down the best in this area.
Ken brings an energy and tenacity to buy a house that you rarely see. This will be my 3rd house I purchase and I've gone back to him each time. I'm sure you've seen his bright red and yellow signs popping up everywhere. That's because no one works harder for you in your house hunt than KAM Reality. Keep up the great work!!!

They list house lower than what the seller wants to bait clients to come in with higher offers. My offer was denied based on who my lender was. My offer was above asking with no other offers on year table.Then I was told it was because of the type of loan I was getting. You list the house for what your client wants. Not less than to drive people in. Games!
