Derrick made the process of relocating from Texas to Louisiana so easy! Once I got moved in, I did notice a few things that needed fixed and again his process of using an app for maintenance requests made it very easy to get those requests reported and he was quick to send someone to complete the repairs!!! I have been in my home now for a month a have nothing but good things to say about my experience and my home with Kajen Rentals!!!

I am a Home owner with Kajen Rentals being the management company. I cannot say enough kind words about Derrick, his business and his family. He is professional and cautious in protecting your property. I currently live out of state and purchased my retirement home in Louisiana. I had no plans on renting it out but after an expensive incident I had no other choice but to rent it. Company after company refused to work with me or even look at the property, then someone recommended Derrick. I was so devastated by the whole experience that I wasn’t expecting many good things to happen with the property. Derrick was truly heaven sent. He was not only reassuring and confident, but also honest, extremely responsive and kind. I traveled over 2,000 miles to meet him and sign the contract. Being so far away, I have ZERO concern about my asset out there, I know it’s in good hands. I pray for the prosperity of Derrick and this company. Derrick was the best! He was very patient as he helped me step by step getting me into a rental property. Though, I had a certain time to get all the information I needed to get the process going, he never rushed me and made the whole process very smooth. I felt like he was honest, and made sure the boundaries was set day one, minute one. Blessed to have the opportunity to stay in one of their beautiful properties.
