Valerie was amazing to work with throughout the process of purchasing our first home. She was not only on obvious expert on all things local, but communicated with a calmness that was really refreshing. We've had experiences in the past where agents communicated with such a frenzied sense of urgency that we completely stepped away from the market for a couple years. Thankfully, Valerie was patient and honest throughout and really made our experience as first-time home buyers quite pleasant. There were tons of little instances that Valerie went above and beyond. Ultimately, I would recommend her to anyone needing an agent in the area.

This is a review ro reflect my experience with Valerie. I worked with Karen as my realtor and she did an amazing job, plus fixed the mistakes Valerie made. Unfortunately, Valerie is the owner here, and she didn't care at all about me or my deal. I'm lucky she didn't ruin it all, sincerely.

Twice within my deal selling my home, Valerie stepped in to cover for Karen, who had scheduled absences. Both times when Val was communicating, we almost lost the deal we were working on. To this day, I have no idea why, aside from knowing Valerie couldn't communicate with me nor the buyers effectively.

Valerie was communicating the same info that Karen did later on, but for some reason was telling me the buyers were refusing and pulling out, while each time Karen communicated the same info and did the deal.

Valerie was not available during deadlines and cited, "I have a civil court hearing at that time." She ghosted me, didn't answer nor reply during the deadline, and never apologized for her unprofessional behavior, nor for almost losing the deal Karen and I had been working on. Valerie added an immense amount of stress to the experience that honestly made it go from enjoyable to something I would never choose to do again.

I was in the middle of a health crisis and had written my boundaries and goals in an email from the beginning of working with this business. Valerie didn't respect my boundaries and there was no evident behavior or communication showing she even read them. She didn't seem to care about the outcome of the sale, the buyers desires, nor her own integrity throughout my interactions. It's truly not okay to treat anyone this way ever, but especially not when you are in a professional and powerful position like that.

I can't recommend this business to anyone after that experience.

Karen is wonderful, though; extremely talented and professional, and goes beyond to listen to clients and work for their goals and within their boundaries.
