I can’t even rate this place of business. My lawnmower has been there since 2023. They came to pick it up for something simple And Mike was the driver who came and I went to go check on it always was an excuse why they didn’t get to it or someone quite on us so we waiting on someone to come take that spot. Last year 2024 I went to check on it and it sounds like a big boy truck!!!!

Just the worst place to shop at they are all related and do not back up their promises nor their word. My husband purchased a used utv and gets it home and items promised were not with it he thought they may have put under seat but no. Now they are being held hostage by James pierce smith the office manager because of a dispute he is having with me about a replacement motor that was supposed to be under warranty however is not. Tried contacting the owner Karl gene smith however he is the county administrator for Florence county and will not respond to my calls. And to top it off my husband when got home cranked it up and it was so low on oil that the light went on and he checked dip stick and not any oil so he shut it off immediately and put oil into it. He was assured by James smith and mike the technician that all fluids were changed and it was good to go I guess mike forgot to add oil after draining.
Please don’t shop there and my husband is working on having it published in military for them to be black listed

This business does not back their products it’s ran by a family and the owner k.g (rusty) smith is the county administrator and I have tried contacting him but he will not respond. Pearce smith the office manager has continues to harass me with text, phone calls where he yells at me to the point I have had to hang up on him. He refuses to honor verbal and text promises he would do to solve the problems. I have tried contacting others at the company and he always tells them the other manager is not in. ( that was with Kelley) who told me that however he was in. If someone else would commicate with me I am sure our problems could be resolved.
