Ran my credit when I clearly told them I just wanted to know what grants they had since I am already working with another lender. Wanted a second opinion. I clearly asked them NOT to run my credit before we knew what grants they had. He asked for my social and that he would call me later. He took too long, so I asked him to forget about it via text messages when he opened up a group chat. I even left the group chat and afterward I got inquiries from him and a letter when I requested no credit check and backed out right away. Very unprofessional. Thank god I’m with a better lender that got me approved without any shady tactics like these guys. I spoke with other lenders and non of them ran my credit till they verbally got my approval. Meanwhile here they don’t listen.
