Juan was nothing short of amazing from day one! As soon as I reached out to him and told him I was interested in a house he asked how soon I wanted to see it. He made the process very easy and answered a lot of questions. He helped connect us to insurance agents and financial loan agents which made the process so much easier. I literally only had to review documents and sign. Juan was very flexible and accommodating with my schedule and he was always a phone call away or a text away when I needed him. He responded to my messages almost immediately when I sent him any. I will definitely call Juan for any future homes and recommend him to my friends and family. Juan is very knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. He is the best!!! I met with Juan at my house to list my house for sale, he was very informative of the current real estate market, he asked me the right questions to be able to understand my situation and explained different solutions to have a smooth transition from selling my house and moving out of state. We ended up listing my house with a contingency in place to find a replacement property and escrow to close concurrently. He SOLD my house for more than listing price very quickly, he negotiated the house to be sold "as is" with no repairs, he negotiated for me to stay in the house after closing escrow for 7 days and always kept in communication with my agent out of state to coordinate both closings. Juan has make the process very smooth for me... THANK YOU SO MUCH JUAN!!!

Best Realtor !!!!!! Me and my Husband knew we wanted to buy a house but we didn’t know where to start or how to go about things. We ended up finding Juan Rivera online and upon meeting him he was so welcoming and asking questions on what we wanted. He had so much knowledge on everything he even answered any and all of our questions! He was amazing. After he got to know us he showed us houses for months. He was super patient with us and also so willing. He never giving up on us. He even showed us houses we were scared to see just to get a taste of different areas and properties with no commitment so we can find the right fit. And eventually we found the right home and he did all the negotiations. He knew exactly what we wanted. Eventually we bought our first home and gained a great friend with it ! We are beyond happy we met Juan and had the pleasure to work with him ! You will not regret going with him I promise you !!!
