Update: this company pays for reviews. Rather than correct their awful employees, they choose to encourage friends and family members to leave false reviews. It shows in their inability to keep properties rented. Buyers and tenants beware.

Absolutely unprofessional. Would not reccomend this company with its uneducated, unprofessional brokers to my worst enemy. Less than 3 hours after emailing me with no reply, Denise Carrity shared and denied my application on the grounds of child discrimination
I am disgusted by my experience, and encourage any renter or landlord with half a brain to go just about anywhere else. I would rate 0 stars.

I would like to respond to Alexia DaSilvas review. 1st of all she showed up to view an apartment almost 1/2 hour to 45 minutes after I told her I’d be there. I was speaking with my landlord and graciously took her back in to view it. She filled out an incomplete application and didn’t give me proof of her income and credit score. I did not do a background check prior to her filling out any application, I simply googled her and looked at her Facebook, which is public information. I don’t take social security numbers. She got denied as well as another applicant. She was disgruntled because I saw a license plate from out of the area and asked about it. I’ve been in business 36 years and all of our agents are knowledgeable. This is simply a disgruntled person who got turned down for an apartment.
