Definitely a great company for renting. We rented from them for 2 years and never had any issues. They were always quick with maintenance requests too. Never waited longer than a couple days max to get something fixed. Paul was always good at responding to stuff and even came out a couple times himself to check out a maintenance issue. Also, getting into the house was a super smooth and straight forward process. A lot of companies nowadays have you jump through a ton of hoops before you get approved.

I have bought a home through ERA, and I now let them rent my home out because I moved. Karen really did a great job at helping us find and buy our first home, and Mrs. Jeri has been very helpful in keeping my property a good rental and keeping my tenants happy. I rented from Joyner for almost 4 years. Every time I dealt with the office I received great customer service. The staff is pleasant, understanding and tends to issues we had with promptness. We PCS'ed out of Moody and Joyner Realty allowed us to go month to month until plans for the move were more concrete. I recommend anyone looking to rent or buy to check their listings. They were even willing to work with me with the move out inspection. Thank you Joyner for taking care of my family.

My wife and I rented from Joyner realty for almost two years. Honestly the only rental company in Valdosta that I would recommend to my friends and family. Any time we had something happen at the house they were so quick to get someone out to get it corrected. They were also beyond transparent on returning our deposit l which never happens in Valdosta. You always have the company being so nit picky about every little thing. We essentially got our full deposit back. Would highly recommend them!

Awesome. Lynn and Paul were amazing. They were expedient if we had any issues with heat or AC, and I had some carpet issues in a room when I moved in. No hesitation to get it fixed promptly. We were only with them for a short year, but the move out inspection was as smooth as the move in. So quick to respond to emails and return calls, I wish every agency was as wonderful to rent through. We had a terrible experience with Valdosta Properties.

I have had nothing but great experiences with era! The entire staff is Knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Any repairs that I've needed done in my home have been done Immediately. They're extremely professional and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a new home. In the future I will only be using era as my rental company

ERA Joyner Reality has been handling my rental property for the last 9 years. During that time frame the house has only been without a tenant three months. They are quick to respond to my request and also those of the tenant. I would recommend them highly as a property manager.
