Jovani is by far the best realtor a buyer could ask for. He was always ready to answer questions no matter how simple or difficult they were and if he didn’t have the answer, he would ask for a little time and come back with a detailed text, to answer that question. Jovani went above and beyond to find us the house we were looking for and would constantly update us with houses he found, typically with a list of 10 or more. He would even send a list of houses after we booked an appointment to see the ones we were interested in, just in case they didn’t pan out. Once we did find the house we wanted, Jovani would keep us up to date almost everyday on what was going on with the process. We always felt in the loop and never had an issues. And if we ever felt confused by the process he would have answers for us even before asking the questions. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend him to be your realtor. I met Jovani when he gave me a call about offering his services to sell my home - the last agent I worked with was not successful and I was very cautious about who I was going to hire next.
