EXCELLENT customer service. I recently took my camper/trailer to Journey to fill the propane tanks. The owners were so attentive and patient since my tanks were too old to fill. The owner and the mechanic both made sure the tanks and fixtures were changed out and the owners wife is super helpful and very pleasant. Because my trailer is a bit older (1993) there were parts that needed to be replaced etc. They took extra time helping me and making sure my trailer was safe for use. I will definitely be back!! Journey RV is now my headquarters for all my trailer and camping needs!!

Great place! Other places were telling us it would be months before they could even look at our trailer and they got us in and out there next day. Stayed late for us and under charged for labor. If I could give 6 stars I would! Before and after photos. Don't believe the dealership when they tell you they redid all your wheel bearings...

This is a traditional family-owned RV store, repair and storage facility. They're not fancy or flashy, just honest and hard working people.

When you go there, you're probably talking to someone with 25+ years in the RV industry not some spotty teenager in a big box store that doesn't care about you or their reputation. Like most family run businesses, the service gets better and better the longer you are a customer and they get to know you.

We mostly use Hardcastle for storage and our experience has been excellent compared to our previous storage yard. It's clean and well organised. Nothing has been damaged. The only thing that has gone missing is a $2.19 hitch pin which I can totally live with. CCTV and people living on site 24/7 makes this an excellent choice. Gate card with the automatic gate means no schlepping a heavy gate.

I was looking for parts for my camper and had visited several places around town. No one had the parts. I decided to go to the old Hardcastle RV parts store in Oakley. The new store is called Journey RV Center and the new owners are Ron and Rubeen. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Not only did they have the parts I was looking for, but they were less expensive than the other RV store in the area. They actually helped me put the parts on the camper. I ordered another item and it came in the next day. They can have it there the same day if early enough or the next day. I couldn't have had a better experience. I will continue to get any needed parts from them.

Just spoke with NEW owner and he is on the right path. Very nice and driven to give his customers a facility that is quality. He answered all of my questions. Being a new RV owner there are many uncertainties about storage and he’s laid all of those to rest. He even noted how long my tow vehicle was to assure proper clearance for access. Looking forward to doing business with this place. Thank you

New Owners? Uh Oh... That makes sense now. Unfortunately, I drove over at 9:30 am to discuss several RV issues only to find they've changed their hours to 10:00 am to 3:00 pm; only open for 5 hours. Had to read the sign twice to make sure I had not gone to the bank. On second thought, my bank is open longer... Second mistake was calling. I tried at 10:37 am and received the ole' "if you've called us during business hours, we're either on another line or helping other customers". You can guess I didn't get a call back. Phones must have been ringing off the hook, customers lined out the door and don't need any new business. Had to be that, they're only open for 5 hours! As you can also guess, I'm going elsewhere and will update my rating if possible.

Update: called there today and spoke to the new owner.. They DO NOT repair RV's any longer which, of course, changed my 2 star rating to 1 star. They're refocusing the business to sell trucks and are changing their lot to a sales lot. My guess is they bought the business for the rv rental income. The search for a quality repair center begins. Having first hand experience with Concord Coach/Couzins eliminates them from the process.

I'm a newly TT owner. I needed a 50' power cord to be able to hook up a construction generator. It wasn't in stock cuz it's not a popular length, but they offered to special order it for me on the spot and it came in 2 biz days later. Also, a propane refueler which is convenient. They are very knowledgeable and nice people.
