We have been in our new home at Marsh Harbor For 1 year.The construction was completed ahead of schedule. Screened in back porch, with outside Grilling area. 3 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms, crown molding, very spacious living area with open kitchen plan.Island with dining area.Lots of upgrades with no additional costs.HOA,community.Josh and his team have been outstanding to work with.

My experience building with Josselyn Homes definitely exceeded my expectations and I am absolutely in love with my new home. Mallory is an absolute gem to work with. She is professional and really knows her stuff and she is also very personable. I always felt listened to and that she was in my corner wanting to make sure I was happy. I had a unique situation that required flexibility and Mallory and Joss really came through for me. I foundJoss easy to work with, accessible when needed and very attentive and responsive. I enjoyed user the Buildertrend application and appreciated the regular updates. Werner was on site regularly and always took time to show me around and answer my questions. The quality of the build is outstanding and all of the fit, finishes and extra little touches are top notch. I truly couldn’t be more pleased with my home and my experience. My wife and I recently purchased a spec home from Josselyn Homes and it was the best home buying experience ever! The quality is jam up and the fit & finish is phenomenal!

During the building process, we were kept well informed of the status and what to expect next. The home was ready ahead of schedule and we were able to close early.

We received an orientation by Mr. Josselyn and his son, Ryan. Truly a great benefit, because we were able to hear how experience yielded very intuitive features and benefits that are part of each Josselyn Home.
