Josh and his team communicate with your every step of the process to ensure questions and concerns are quickly answered and addressed. We loved how they leveraged technology through the use of SouthState bank portal for review and signing of the required documentation of a very complex process. When we went to closing we e-Signed the majority of documents the day prior so the actual closing process took less than 30 minutes. We will leverage Josh and his team when the time comes for refinancing our home.
