Josh was a constant professional that helped our family find an amazing house. He was always available to help us with any of our questions and was well versed on both the immediate and local area. Josh was an exceptional realtor! He went above, & beyond what a realtor would normally do. He answered my unending questions, as I was handling the sale of our home while my husband worked out of state, even offered to help move boxes, & even load the moving truck! He was always extremely helpful, & very understanding about our wishes to show the house when we could take our senior dog out, because she was very anxious. He helped us figure out a great solution in no time. Our house listed, & was under contract within 24 hours. I am in the land business. Before I even had a transaction for Josh I spoke with him on the state of the land market in Southern GA. He advised me where to buy and what would be a fair price to pay for lots based on his experience. When I went under contract on the purchase of a lot, I knew I was planning to sell it. Josh already had a couple of buyers in mind before I had even purchased the lot to flip. I gave him the business and he had an off-market buyer for me within a weekend. Josh Proctor is absolutely the best real estate agent. He knows everything about everything- home construction, flood insurance, the best restaurants, fun things to do in the area- everything.
