Josh did a great job in helping me in the purchase of my new home as well as the sale of my previous home! Josh was extremely shady in buying a home. He was very difficult to get ahold of during the entire buying process. We finally purchased a house sight unseen due to our arrangement and Josh never had our best interest in mind. The little amount of work he did to get a paycheck seemed very difficult for him to do. All in all we paid $30,000 over asking due to Josh claiming we would never get into a house without offering over when it shows how little research he did for our neighborhood. Additionally he advised us on different repairs and inspections and ultimately has cost us over $30,000 in the last year of owning this home. I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere to save yourself the headache that is known as Josh Ehmke.
