Joe was spectacular throughout the home buying process. We purchased a new build home and closed with Joe in September 2024. He went above and beyond in assisting us through a stressful time!. He always matched and then exceeded what the builder was able to provide and got us an excellent rate. I would recommend Joseph to anyone who is looking for buy a new home! He helped my family get the best rate and trust me, he really worked hard to find us the best rate. He also gave us a lot of good advice based on what the market was doing. We always felt that he had our best interest in mind.
