Poor customer service, and honestly seems like they do not want your business. Going to spend $200 more somewhere else simply because I do not want to give this business my money. Would highly suggest for you to keep looking.

Edit to owners reply: I called last week as well and put together a whole order, got a quote and then was notified they only take orders in person. I work when they are open, my friend was kind enough to use her day off work to go confirm and pay for the order in person. Lol so from their reply you can see customer service means so little to them, that even after a customer goes out of their way to still try and use their business, they can’t even write down a simple list to help. Sure I could have texted my friend the list, but her rude tone and clear “we don’t want to help you in anyway” attitude is what I was so “appalled” by. I’ll give this business one thing, they’ve got dirt cheap rentals. But it is now very clear to me why. I mean don’t just read my review, read others.

I wish I could give zero stars to this place. I have rented from this place previously and I have always managed to ignore the owners (Chip), unprofessional and privilege attitude when dealing with customers. I rented two Moonwalks and a snow cone machine this past Saturday. The snow cone tube was filthy which I'm trying to include the picture also a video it was not used for the party due to being afraid of causing harm to a child due to the mild and mold in the tube. Upon returning the equipment I show the video to chips wife and she did not make a comment at that time she went to check the machine herself in the meantime her husband refused to give me my deposit back at that time claiming inclement weather and saying he was not able to blow the moonwalk houses up at that time. There was no rain there was no strong winds it was very cloudy outside no reason for my deposit not to be returned. Jonesboro Police was called by myself Upon them arriving over an hour later The officer did absolutely nothing Handled the situation.The owner also asked the officer to provide him with a Criminal Trespass warning for myself. I did nothing to provoke this and it was highly unnecessary it was in retaliation for me calling the police to come to the scene. I am a professional and also a former law enforcement Officer, so I remain calm and plan on taking legal action against the business. Needless to say I would never return to this business again.

After the owner trying to instruct me on a machine that I was pretty much adapted to I acted like I knew everything the owner was diplomatic in very patient never losing a hair or nerve this is a very impressive place the instruction that was given to me on the new model bobcat

When I went to reserve a 20x20 tent I paid for the tent rental and was told to bring $100 cash deposit at pick up. I was also told to make sure and leave the tent up over night and take it down mid day to make sure it was completely dry. My husband picked the tent up and when we set it up in the grass at our home it was dry with lots of dirt stains on it. We followed all the instructions and returned the tent. Maria and her crew inspected the tent and said there is mud on here. My husband told her he used the blower to blow off grass but it was not set up in a muddy area and it never rained the whole time we had the tent. There was absolutely no mud on the tent. There WERE old dirt stains on it that were on it when we picked it up. Maria kept $20 of our deposit. When I complained, her and her husband were very belligerent and argumentative, not letting me complete a sentence. Her husband told me she should have charged me $50. I told them I was not going to argue with them and that I would warn the public of their poor, unethical business practices. It you choose to rent from them, take lots of before and after pictures of everything because while their prices may be lower than other rental facilities, in my opinion, they are recouping by skimming off deposits.

Awesome customer service and the staff is extremely friendly. I rented chairs for an event an the process was simple and top the point. The chairs were comfortable and sturdy. If you are having an event and need equipment, this is the place to go.

Do not give this company your business. They have no customer service. Their machine will break down they won't do anything about your inconvenience. Very nasty attitude from the owner and his wife. If you look at the previous response from the owner he just proved the review is accurate. He only addressed his policy instead of showing some type of customer service by apologizing for the customer not having a good experience with his business. Or saying thank you for your response we will try our best to improve our customers experience. Seems to be just like our so called President never apologize.

The machine broke down which means I should have been given more time without any extra charge. You are the one that said we could keep it until the next day and you would pick it up the next day. Providing clarity to your customers provides great customer service. Had you said, "You can keep it an extra day. I will pick it up in the morning, but if you go over the allotted hours their will be an additional charge." That give the customer the option to say no come get it today or I will keep it and continue using it. For someone in customer service you were very unprofessional and I still recommend no one use your equipment! Had you been professional and not gotten a nasty attitude with the customer. Maybe you're used to talking to people any kind of way and being nasty with them and they let it happen. Roll your cameras back and you will see who was nasty and who was calm in the beginning. Even your wife was apologizing for your behavior. Perhaps you should let your wife continue to handle customers because she has better customer service than you. There no arguments or raised voices until you came in hot! It's amazing how you have an explanation for every bad review. That's a lot about you and your business. Not once have you felt the need to apologize.

They aren’t tried to rent because don’t trust in people , he told me if I my wife now how to used come on my wife got 6 years doing painting and sprayer worts place to make rent.
