Since it was late by the time we settled, we decided to come back the next day to finish the process. Manager was nice and helped through the process as well. I live in Florida and was traveling when my alternator went out on my truck. Haley was able to get me in and out within an hour everyone there is so nice and helpful. We will probably drive from Florida just to go back up there to spend our money when we're ready to buy a new truck. Kudos for not being a typical dealership. I felt like I was part of the family there. ❤️ Thank you!

I spoke with Chris Hughes about a 2023 expedition on the lot. I asked him to verify there was nothing wrong with the vehicle prior to me taking half a day off work and having someone drive me an hour to look at it. I was assured that the vehicle was ready to go and I would be satisfied with it. Once arriving and spending 5 minutes looking at the vehicle, it was obvious that the hood had something on it, the drivers door was dented, the back passenger tire was gouged, the receiver hitch was showing through the cover, and the rear bumper looked like a small child had practiced a repair job. I didn’t even bother test driving the vehicle. I expected honesty at a minimum out of such a large dealership. If you have to drive very far to look at a vehicle here, I would stay away.

I walked in at 3p without an appointment, with my 2025 Equinox EV that was throwing codes that Onstar said needed to be addressed immediately. I told the service folks that I was in from out of state and due to leave again in the morning. The service manager told me that his 2 EV techs were not there but that they’d figure it out. And, they did! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Jones Chevy service manager and his department! Thank you!!
