I’ve been living at my unit for a couple years now, the staff at Jones Assurance property management have been awesome to me. Any issues I’ve ever had they’ve addressed, they check in on me periodically, and they make it easy to pay rent with their online portal. I’d highly recommend anyone to be their tenant.

I have never personally used Jones Assurance. But I have seen Kyle in action. 80% of my time was spent in Swirl. Jones Assurance was located in the office there. Kyle is ALWAYS respectful to others. He is also a very fair man. His company means A LOT to him and that shows in the way he treats people and in his ethics. He is an honest person and anyone that has any business transactions or personal ones with him can trust him not to be underhanded or sneaky with them. If I ever do need to go to a property management service I will definitely be depending on Jones Assurance.
