Not sure where that reviewer rents from but either it is a family member or close friend. Because I moved into a nasty apartment. I had to pay someone to come clean one room at a time. Every time I call no answers, place was ridiculous. I wish I never rented from them. I walk outside dumpsters are right in front of my apartment and trash is just thrown everywhere. I am embarrassed to have anyone over. I have called at least twice and no one calls back and. No one does anything about it. Here are just a few pics the last one is the view outside my door. I work so hard I am a single mom and just wanted to get a place for me & my child in a decent area and pay all this money for this.

They have a New customer service person,, Very friendly,, easy to talk to, answers the phone (big switch from the last one),,, maybe more progress can be made now that someone answering phone and returning calls.

Our roof has been leaking at one of their apartments for months and the past week with all the rain it has gotten worse. We literally have a bucket in the floor of our bedroom and they can’t even put a tarp over the roof.
