My only request for a change from their team is that PDF’s of e-signed documents are also emailed out when they are signed, for record keeping purposes (instead of just being available through the portal). Otherwise, no notes!

CCM were awesome; John, Clair, Craig, etc. Everyone who assisted in this process. They were communicative and straightforward. The web portal very easy to use and worked flawlessly to submit and/or sign any and all documents.

There was a little nonsense with employment verification of one of my side jobs that was a tiny fraction of my income, but eventually a constellation of documents sufficed to satisfy the requirements; although I think this was more of an issue with the underwriter and not CCM.

I can't speak to the competitiveness of their rates or fees; I didn't shop around and went blindly with the first lender my agent recommended, so I may have not gotten as low of a rate or as low of closing costs as I could have elsewhere, but there's no way to know now.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with how everything went. I will definitely recommend CCM to anyone I know looking to buy a house in the area!
