Had an issue with PenFed credit Union not wanting to close in 90 days, only giving me 1 task at a time to do which was criminally inefficient. PenFed decided it was a great idea to order the appraisal ON THE DAY WE WERE ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO CLOSE. THEN AFTER IT WAS PUSHED BACK ANOTHER 30DAYS, THEY DECIDED TO TELL ME THE WELL WATER NEEDED TO BE TESTED, ON THE 2ND CLOSING DATE.

John gave me a checklist on day 1 with about 40 things that needed to be completed which sped the process up exponentially. The next day I had another checklist with 17 things, then 7. Then I was pretty much done. Only had to wait 2 weeks for the old bank to forward the appraisal and title to movement. Granted most of the stuff required was already done, we were able to close in under 30 days. John went out of his way to pickup the documents from the sellers attorney to speed up the process so we could close before the weekend. Very happy with everything from John at movement mortgage.
