I’m extremely satisfied with the knowledge and great customer service by Zach Pezzullo. I felt like my family was over paying on auto insurance. My previous insurance agency didn’t provide any options for savings. I joined John Andrade Insurance and was provided options. Zach took the time to listen and explain everything. I recently had the pleasure of working with Julie O'Brien at John Andrade Insurance. She made the stressful insurance process so easy. She is friendly and knowledgeable, and always available to answer any of my questions. Sara Broomhead is the most incredibly resourceful insurance agent any person could hope for! I had a unique situation with an old gazebo and safety concerns with my deck, in addition to high premiums due to water views. Sara spent hours researching the best deal for me. She kept the 2-way communication open and told me not to worry! She skillfully kept the wolves at bay, while I lined up a contractor to make the upgrades. Sara's valuable industry knowledge saved me 2k on my new premium!! I am very grateful and extremely satisfied!
