I can not recommend Joe and his team enough. This was not my first time buying a home, but it was my first time changing a lender after entering contract. Joe and his team are so well rounded, knowledgeable and efficient it blew me away. My original lender was giving me a rate of 7.125% after I bought it down, I reached out to Joe for his knowledge and not only did Joe get me a better interest rate (5.999%) but he also saved me $4800 for my out of pocket closing costs. Joe made himself available to us whenever we needed him, with no hesitations. His turnaround time was so quick. He had me a conditional approval within 2 days, compared to my original lender which it took him 9 days to produce my conditional approval. I had a clear to close from Joe in 7 days!!!!
