Hello, I was searching the internet for a Real Estate Broker/Agent and found Joanne, It had to be the will of God that I did. We met at the home, discussed the details with respect to the property including expectations regarding the sale. I found Joanne to be very respectful, Professional and a Christian person whom I wanted to represent me in the sale of the home. We agreed on a market price including some work that should be performed prior to going on the market. I did the work, Joanne put it on the market. Note this was in January 2023, lots of rain, interest rate increases plus I live out of state. The home sold without any hitches and closed Escrow in March. Her chosen Escrow Company was excellent as well. For me 5 out of 5 Stars for both JB Real Estate (Joanne) and Pro-Active Escrow (Jennifer) Without question the 2 of them work well together as a team and can represent and play on my team anytime, anyplace!
