We just closed on our beautiful Mancey 3 home this past Friday. I have to say that this has been the best experience building a home we have had. From the minute we picked the plan and lot to the day we closed things went so smoothly. Mr Allen and his team and our amazing agent went above and beyond in our book. I asked questions, got answers, even when I wanted a light in a certain spot and didn't want something in a bathroom hello boom he made it happen. Never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question and even after we closed he tended to things right away that needed to be tended too. This house is just stunning in our book finishes and attention to detail have made this lady a happy camper, I am so in love with my new home. If you are in the market for a quality built home, I recommend you give them a call.

Mike and his team are true craftsmen. My home is more than I expected and the small touches he does add a touch of refinement to an already beautiful home.

We recently closed on our forever dream home built by JM Allen and the team. If there were 10 stars available I would give them all 10. From start to finish, this whole experience has been phenomenal. Was it perfect, nope, there were hiccups along the way but our build wasn't cookie-cutter, it was custom, on our land, with a few setbacks and such. However, Mike and his team never wavered, they helped us work through deed issues, wetland designations, flood lines, and anything else that came up and they totally committed to getting this home built. It is beautiful inside and out, the craftsmanship is unparalleled and it perfectly fits our large family. I can' thank them enough for building our dream home. It is a dream come true!

Never met with us in person (was supposed to be at our selections meeting), always had to go through Cathleen Barela at Keller Williams Reality to get any information form them, couldn't answer simple questions that anyone hiring a builder would/should ask, and stole the land we wanted from us. If your doing a land home package, buy the land first. This guy will steal it from you if he likes what you bring him by deciding he's not the right builder for you. He used Cathleen to blatantly lie about actively promoting the lots when they didn't even know about them until us. This guy is a lair and a thief. Avoid at all costs!
