Called on a Friday for a clutch and was told to come in Monday morning. They had the transmission sitting on the floor before my ride showed up. Was promised the next day but I required additional parts. Picked my truck up Wed. morning. Service was quick and reasonably price. Talked to Dale.

I had a great experience here. My first time at a shop that doesn't play around or bs. Dropped my truck off for a radiator replacement; owner and office gals were great. Good customer service, fair price to fix and it was done in a timely fashion. This shop will be my goto from now on.

Do NOT take your truck here especially if you have a DD15. He had my truck for 1 month and did not fix or diagnose the issue. Upon having my semi-truck towed there he stated they had a computer to tell what the issue was. I called daily for undate the ladies that answer are friendly but they all lie for Dale as if he's so busy. Meanwhile he doesn't have a clue what he's doing. I was charged 440.00 for nothing but a hand written invoice. Which stated " they couldn't find a problem customer did not want to fix." I had my vehicle semi-truck towed to another shop. After I paid my invoice Dale said my truck was ready to be towed. Once the tow truck driver arrived he called and said parts to my truck were on the ground. That was my experience a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend Dale or J & J Garage unless you need am oil change. He also google codes and relied on other mechanics opinions to attempt to resolve the isse.

I recently had an overhaul done at J&J Garage. I wanted to personally send kudos and thanks to Dale, Farrah and Mitchell for the outstanding work and customer service that they provided. I went to more than a few shops to get an estimate for my 2010 Volvo with a cummins isx (enough said). After hearing
so many pre-estimates that frankly sent me running. I spoke with Dale the service manager and he gave me a direct no nonsense pre-estimate that made me comfortable with having them do the work. They stay busy but they get the job done. Farrah Great customer service she makes you feel like you are more than a customer. Thanks to Mitchell who talked to me personally about the process of the overhaul. These guys are awesome and I have found a shop that I trust. They are my shop of choice.
I highly recommend that you go see Dale and Farah @ J&J Garage for your Truck Service needs.

If you have a DD15, DO NOT take your truck to this shop period. Dale,one of the mechanics put a part on my truck backwards which caused more issues. Needless to say, I had to take it to W W Williams who found the problem and brought it to my attention! They did not refund my money nor admit their mistake. BAD BUSINESS!

I've been 2 three other mechanic shop and nobody could figure out my problem but within 1 hour I'm leaving with all smiles. I highly recommend them for any big truck problems
