Do not use this realtor. Jimmy is unethical and very hard to reach. Would take days to respond to our agent's questions. We made an offer on his listing with a 60 days closing which was accepted. Moved through the process of inspection, a significant amount of repairs came up such as a roof leak, no smoke detectors in the home, and a squirrel in the attic to be removed and attic decontaminated just to name the ones both parties agreed to have completed prior to close. Less than one week to closing, our agent had to keep calling for invoices for the agreed upon repairs. Finally, got a handwritten invoice that said the squirrel had been chased away and the hole fixed- very unprofessional. (Which by the way, the holes were covered with old license plates)

We decided to hire a contractor to give us an estimate for the repairs associated with the squirrel problem. Estimate was significant due to the extent of the damages from it not being taken care of when discovered. The contractor told us to not bring our family into the home before decontamination because of the health hazards that can arise from this. Jimmy and the seller were unwilling to complete the agreed upon repair nor decontamination and decided to breach contract. Wish i could warn others not to buy this home and not use this agent.

The experience was awful and heartbreaking as we have already started the transition move across state to GA and now have nowhere to live thanks to Jimmy's ability to stand by a binding good faith contract to purchase a home.
