Jill has been a pleasure to work with. We recently sold our lake home and purchased a home that met our health needs. Jill was aware of our needs and keep them in mind when showing us prospective homes. In selling our existing lake home she did a great job with description and photos, she used a professional photographer, the drone photos were great. Jill worked well with all selling agents. The listing and selling documents were explained in detail. Both closings went very smoothly, Jill had explained the process in advance. If in the future we require a real estate I will call Jill

Jill was fantastic to work with on the purchase of our lake condo while we were remote through most of the process. She arranged all our services including inspection, deep cleaning before our move in and helped familiarize us with the whole area including utility setup before we moved. i had been searching for my new home for weeks, when I found it on Realtor.com. As soon as I got there I wanted to see more. Jill number in sign gave the access and a lot of info. I returned the next day and told her I wanted it. From that point on she assisted me in more ways than I thought possible and I closed on it 30 day later. She knew what was needed to pass VA appraisal which was a blessing in everyway. I recommend Jill if you are looking for THE home.
