Lexi was amazing to work with, both talking with her on the phone meeting her in person. We were considering relocating to the area from Charleston, SC and her local knowledge was extremely helpful along with her passion for what she does — she clearly loves being a realtor. Lexi was the perfect combination of calm and caring, while also letting us know when we might need to “bring the heat” and jump on something if we liked it. My wife and I each flew up for two separate solo trips to the area and Lexi was excellent at setting up our time to maximize house viewings. She also gave us the option to drive with her or follow depending on our comfort level. I was so thankful for that and rode with her on some of the visits! Once we were home, she made us “follow-up” videos of the houses we liked the best, kept us updated, and attended open houses on our behalf. While we saw several houses we liked, we ultimately decided to move to a different state (Virginia) where we have friends and family. The only regret I have about working with Lexi is that we didn’t end up buying a house with her because she was such an absolute pleasure to work with and did everything she possibly could to help us find the perfect home for our family.

Lexi has been helping me out with so much in the past 2 years with so many issues, be it my mother in laws 120 acres of land that shes considering selling or my own purchases for rental properties and such.
Lexi thinks about her cliet first and foremost, giving the best outcome that helps her client not herself. And she is always got some great ideas!
For example, turning my mother in laws place into solar farming, ideas i wouldnt have even considered! Section 8ing a property to yield more rental money into my pocket and helping out the tenant as well.
