Jake went above and beyond to find the tires to service my needs. The service guys worked their magic to correct some problems and make my ride as good as new. Even upon the return of my cart the gentleman gave me some tips and suggestions for future reference

Sold me the wrong lift for my cart and had to do the research myself to figure this out. Then had to drive another hour to return it. Bought some Trojan batteries from them and one lasted 3 months and a terminal melted off. Called about a warranty on them and they said it’s not covered under warranty that it has to be installed by them and torqued to 95 inch pounds. Seems like if that’s per factory specs that they should inform me when selling the batteries to me to torque to an exact measurement. Go somewhere else for better customer service.

I've been meaning to give this place a review, a few months ago I brought in a very very old gas club car that was in need of service. Let me say these guys know what they're doing. I've been to a few places in Madison and in milledgeville and never happy with the end result. But these guys man they fixed it all up. And it has never driven better. This is a place I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a club car or for service on one

I was very please how Sam & Eric provided superb service. I felt confident that they knew the science & care for my BadBoy & it will be running tip top in a couple of weeks.
My review was wrong. Very poor service with battery cables when new batteries were put in. I sent pictures and asked them to check it out. I was told they would check it out and call me back. Six months and I am still waiting.

Dropped off my golf cart to have a back seat installed. We agreed on a price. The work was done very quickly and I came back the next day to pick it up. That part of the transaction was great. However, an additional $273 of unauthorized work was done to repair a wiring harness. I was completely taken by surprise when paying the bill. Their explanation to me was that “it needed to be done”. I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know they diagnosed a problem and get authorization for repair, but they didn’t. They offered to undo the work, but I didn’t have time, so they discounted it $45. A great experience turned sour very quickly here.

Jenco Golf Cart Sales has a very large selection and a friendly knowledgeable staff. On my first visit I could not make up my mind on which cart and which options. I'm doing more research and plan to go back to have one customized for us. They have delivery service for your convenience.
