Merv did an outstanding job on the sale of my house. He first came over and we sat down and came up with the asking price. He then gave me a couple of weeks to get my house in order. He then gave me some recommendations on what to do to get my house staged and ready for pictures. That was all great advice, my house was beautiful. He then put it on the market and it sold in two days. He presented me with the offer and we discussed it and I accepted the offer. And from that day to the close of escrow Merv kept me posted on everything that was happening. I was back and forth from Texas and Merv stayed in touch with everything. I had an estate sale and moved to Texas 7 days before close and Merv went into my house and made sure it was ready for the final walk thru.. after the sale Merv stayed in touch to make sure all the transfers were complete. His special treatment will be enjoyed by his future customers.
