Brett was very helpful through the whole process of looking at homes to buying. He was very knowledgeable of the area and certain things applicable to the type of loan my wife and I were using. They did sell our home fast back in 2017 due to aggressive marketing. However since this was a Jeff cook realtor to a Jeff cook realtor buyer, it seemed slanted. Being pressured to leave things for the homeowner; and selling ourselves short on price. Nonetheless, we sold it and it was done. But now, for 9 years; they’ve continued to email me. I’ve repeatedly unsubscribed; but the emails continue. Should be illegal to continue to solicit.

The other thing that was immediately apparent was that David listened to us- and listened well- we always felt like he had our best interests in mind.
