I would definitely recommend J&D Management to anyone looking to move. I actually did just the other day to a friend who may be looking to move soon. I told her when you are ready, talk to Darcy at J&D Management, she will take care of you!!

Darcy was super helpful & made it very easy for me. I’m a single Father & finally was able to have my 2 boys come live with me, so I needed a nice place ASAP closer to their School’s. I haven’t moved for a while so I was expecting the process to be long and go through all kinds of extra stuff especially with working so much, but Darcy was amazing and understanding of my situation.

She worked with me, if I ran into anything or if there was something I needed to get done, she stayed on top of it, kept in contact & walked me through everything, which really helped, being a single father & busy with work.
Not to mention the place is very nice and perfect for my family, which she already said it would be, although you would think they’re supposed to say that, but I could tell she was genuine. I been here a little over a month now, & it’s been great so far.
I’m just so happy to be with my boys in our own place together for the first time.

The first apartment complex & manager I started talking to before I found this place, were so unprofessional, I had to call them everyday & they would just forget about me and say “we haven’t gotten to your application yet sorry we have been so busy, we’ll call you back as soon as we do”
I believe I’m actually “still waiting for that call”.🤔 Lol oh well…
I’m glad I found J&D Management!

J&D was filled with nice employees and super easy to work with. We had a great experience with them and have absolutely nothing bad to say. Early on we had some issues with maintenance but upon hearing their tenants complaints they got rid of their maintenance company and hired a new one which was much better. I really applaud them for caring about their tenants.

Also I want to give a huge shoutout to our property manager Taylor Goulart. She went above and beyond to help us out. She was super flexible and by far the best property manager I have ever had!

As property owners of eight condos in Pacific Beach, we have been using their services for several years. We love J&D Management! They are top notch and can't recommend them highly enough. I have had a nightmare of an experience being a tenant under this property management.

They take a long time to respond to anything, and it's always a battle of following up and deferring to management. They also are trying to charge us for things on our security deposit that we did not damage. Extremely frustrating situation. It's awful just trying to take advantage of people. I've been trying to get my security deposit back for almost a month now, and I haven't been living there since the beginning of the year. I still don't have my security deposit back, and I'm still trying to get answers. If you can avoid living as a tenant under J&D management, I would.

I have been extremely happy with J&D Management taking care of my La Jolla property for going on three years. I had some horrible experiences with other property managers so I really appreciate the job J&D does. Extremely easy to work with and every rep is always very quick to respond to questions. I also had a fraud issue on my bank account so a monthly payment declined and they were very understanding and helpful.
