The worst water company ever. My water is off, but my bill is paid and should have been posted YESTERDAY. It's a shame this property has chosen this incompetent company.

If Google allowed zero stars that would be the rating for this company. Jasber Utility Service customer service reps are incredibly terrible. On multiple occasions as a renter, I have called, and the customer service reps have been rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to provide information courteously. I just called 3 times to get someone who's working from home due to the kids/child I can hear in the background as the rep keeps placing on mute. After asking my question she place me on mute she comes back to ask what my question was again and place me on mute. As she was answering my question, she was obviously on mute because I said hello and she insist that it was my connection. I explained that she put me on mute just for her to tell me she didn't. A person knows when they're on mute because, on the other end, it's quiet. I just hung up she wasn't any assistance to me at that point. Her demeanor and response were rudely stated. Good thing I won't need their service where I am moving to.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. This company attended a HOA meeting to represent their company and explain to us homeowners how they would be representing us. Upon explaining the services that would be rendered, the representative of the company attempted to threaten us owners because we asked questions around why the company doesn't return calls or respond to emails. This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful company and I am embarrassed that my HOA association decided to partner with them.

This company will turn your water off if your payment is 10 days late. It cost more to turn the water back on than the bill. I wish they would at least write the disconnection notice BIG enough for people who cannot see tiny writing. My tenant is elderly and did not see the disconnection notice on her bill. It's unfair. Praying that someone will buy them out and people will have a fair chance in the near future.

Customer service reps are very rude! They disconnected my service without sending notice! It then took them 2 business days to actually restore it! Supervisors never contacted me even after I provided proof of payment and my most recent statement showing due date with again no notice of disconnection. I really wish I did not have to deal with this company and seeing stories similar to mine is very disheartening. I normally wouldn’t go this far to write a review but it was very necessary under these circumstances.

DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER LISTED THEY NEVER ANSWER...EVER!!!!! I wish I could have rated them ZERO!!! Worst customer service ever! Why get an attitude with the people you are expecting payment from? I believe in giving everyone a fair chance. This company software is so out of date with the times, after my experience with them, I will be recommending to move the service from them as soon as possible.
first couple of calls their phone system hung up on me. Called back got accounting on the line and she transferred me and got hung up on again. Called back finally got someone on the phone and she told me that their software does not allow for a manager log in to see the accounts.
