I used to work in mortgage as a loan processor and thought I knew a thing or two about purchasing a home. We found a home so quickly, so I figured the whole purchase process would be a huge hassle.
Jared and the Brick mortgage team hands down did the impossible and turned my mind around to home selling and buying. Maybe I got lucky, but I don’t want to think so. Even during a pandemic, we handled everything online, I was at ease during all stages of the process, and literally never worried once. I especially enjoyed the videos Jared made showing me how to read the documents sent to me and what my Closing Disclosure meant. We went clear to close weeks before the closing date. It was THE best mortgage experience I’ve ever had. In the immortal words of Arnold, I’LL BE BACK and work with this team again. Thank you all!

Jared and Jacob were great to work with! We had a very short timeframe to get everything done before closing on our house and they were always on top of it during the whole process. The best there is. I’ve been using Jared as my loan guy for years. He always does what he says when he says, which if you know loan officers that’s not always the case. We just closed another together, once again loan docs were at title several days early closed without a hitch. Don’t hesitate.

Jared was awesome through the prequal and lending process. We had a pretty complicated income situation, but he navigated through it great and was very helpful in teaching us about rates, points, terms, etc. Would definitely recommend Brick Mortgage!

Amazing man. He took the time to answer mine and my wife's thousand questions since this was our first home and didn't understand a lot of the terminology or home buying process. He was transparent, quick to respond, and willing to work with us when we wanted to change down payments, interest rate buy downs, and so on. He also provides informative videos breaking down loan documents and closing settlements along the way to make it easier for new home buyers (like me) to understand. 10/10 awesome dude. Even my realtor said he really liked him!

Jared is so fun and easy to work with, you’ll walk in for a lending agent and walk out with a buddy. Jacob is quick and efficient and the two work seamlessly to make getting a home almost painless. Even with a rushed timeframe and a first contract that fell through (unrelated to Jared), the process was as easy as could be
