No kidding- all of the other reviews are true! Jared is an honest realtor who works very hard and listens to you. He also has many, many connections to assist you in your move or renovation or loan process, etc. I told Jared all of the things I was looking for in a home and no kidding, he brought us to look at the exact home I was looking to buy within days. Unfortunately or Fortunately my husband wasn’t on the same page. Jared was patient and by the time we were on the same page and had revised the details of the home we were looking to buy… again Jared came through and we quickly closed on just the right home. I highly recommend Jared and will definitely keep his number handy in the future!
