Jarad definitely went above and beyond to get my loan done. After very little time on my file and a horrible experience with another lenders appraisal, Jarad step into to it running and managed to do more in a few days then the previous lender did it weeks. Jarad definitely understood my frustration with the process as it had been going on day 50 when Jarad stepped in.. he really took the time to answer calls and questions. Reassuring me that my calls and questions were welcome anytime. He took the time to read things line by line to make sure I understood things clearly.. he even stayed in the office after hours to get my loan done.. It definitely shows that Jarad really cares, and when we got the final approval and clear to close I don't know who was happier me or him.. Lol.
