Janette Ledea is the best!!! I have known Janette as an acquaintance for about 10 years, so I reached out to her when I decided to sell my home in San Gabriel this year. I could not have been more pleased! Janette far exceeded all my expectations. I was a difficult seller. My older house was small (2BR, 1BA) and in poor condition. Every room was cluttered and it needed a complete renovation. I was selling it "as is," a "fixer-upper." I did not want to list it on the MLS and show it to casual lookers. Janette worked with me persistently for months until she found the ideal buyers for the property. She handled every aspect of the transaction diligently, providing the escrow agent and inspector, while making sure everything proceeded according to my timetable.
