We would not recommend working with Jamie on any real estate related business. As her clients for a home purchase in Napa valley she completely failed her fiduciary duties to us. She failed to disclose multiple major issues with the property that she knew about. She failed to recommend that we have a WELL water inspection which apparently is always recommended in this area. Since we moved in, that is only one of the many MAJOR issues we have discovered. After living here only for a couple of months our WELL went completely dry. We relied on her to look after our best interests and instead she only cared about closing the deal and getting her commission. It is an unfortunate situation that we are dealing with on a daily basis after having moved here from Los Angeles looking peace and serenity and instead ending up with major headaches and stress.
