In the case of First Responder Mortgage, the service was the most professional service I have ever experienced. This is the third mortgage I have had over many years. I dealt directly with James Carlino almost entirely during the process. James is the hardest working individual I have ever worked with when it comes to financial transactions. I know that I was not his only client at the time, but throughout the entire process I felt like I was his only priority. He made himself completely available and was flexible around my schedule. I never had to reach out to him more than once with any of my questions or concerns. He would immediately respond either with texts, direct phone calls, or emails. I was never in the dark and he took extra time during each interaction to make sure I understood everything. James was punctual and immediate when providing information, documents, and timelines. He also went above and beyond by reaching out to the other real-estate associates, inspectors, and insurance providers to insure that the agreed upon timelines were met. If you have ever purchased a home before, than you know how stressful it can be dealing with so many different businesses and people during the process.
