I had a great experience with Jon as my property manager at a condo I rented in Manhattan Beach. He was always friendly, responsive and attentive to any maintenance requests, ensuring issues were resolved quickly. For example, when we moved in, our washing machine was having issues and he was swift to have someone out to address them - a quicker responder than any other place I’ve lived! His communication was clear and professional, from move-in to move-out, and I appreciated his dedication to making my living experience comfortable and hassle-free. I’d highly recommend working with him and his team at Jambi!

Jon and his team at Jambi are excellent, and everything a renter hopes for in a property manager. With any and all issues they were fast, reliable, efficient, communicative, and beyond all compassionate. We lived in a Jambi property for three years, during the worst of the pandemic, and Jon and his team were always there for us. They never fought us on repairs and made it clear that our feeling comfortable and safe in our home was their number one responsibility. If you have a chance to work with them or live in a property then manage, consider yourself lucky!

Jon, with Jambi property management was Terrific! He was very neutral between owner and tenant. Very responsive to all matters regarding any issues over the two and half years of our tenancy with Jambi. Jon made everything simple and easy with outlined expectations for moving in and moving out and doing a quick easy final walkthrough to close the chapter. Very quick security deposit refund. No complaints at All!

I was a tenant at a property managed by JAMBI, with Jon as my main contact. We had a major issue pop up with a leaky gas line right before the holidays, and Jon was extremely helpful in pushing the repair along quickly to help restore hot water and heat as soon as possible. Jon was very easy to work with when our lease eventually terminated, and got our full deposit back within a matter of days.

Overall, my wife and I had a positive experience with Jon!
