My partner and I never thought we would be homeowners, especially in today's market, but Jake made that possible. We spoke to two lenders before finding Jake, and we were starting to lose faith. Our friends recommended Jake because they had such a great experience with him and think he's great with first-time homebuyers -- we are so glad that we reached out to him! Our first call was two hours long. He was always patient with us - he never rushed through explaining information or answering our questions. He also accommodated our work schedules and we often talked at night - I think he even picked up our calls and crunched numbers while he was on vacation! Whenever we needed him, he was always available from making the offer to closing escrow. Jake really helped us make our dreams a reality, and we're forever grateful. I'd recommend him for anyone who thinks buying is not in the cards for them!

Jake was amazing! It was my second time going through the mortgage loan process and Jake was light years better, more patient, and more helpful than who I'd worked with before (different company). It is never a painless process but Jake made us feel as though he was on our side and helping us through it and most importantly to me that I understood exactly what everything would cost and how it was calculated. He'd be great for everyone but I'd highly recommend for first time homebuyers or anyone who wants extra attention through the process.
