Jake is honest, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, friendly, efficient, and caring. In our 60's, my husband and I have had several mortgages, and the process for this loan was by far the best. Jake and FCM are fantastic, made the transaction easy and fun--highly recommend.

Jake went above and beyond! Communication and patience was top tier! He helped educate me And my husband on so many things. There was some circumstances where I feel like another lender would of told us to give up or move on but Jake hung in there with us and found a way! Again he was kind,patient,informative, dedicated and truly helped to change my family's life.
