Leslie from Jackson Associates was wonderful to work with. She quickly found the perfect rental home for my roommates and I when we were certain we were not going to find anything in our price range. Her clear communication and proactive approach made the process seamless. I highly recommend Leslie and Jackson Associates for their exceptional service.

I cannot recommend Jackson Associates more, very professional and quick to respond. Leslie Jackson has been so great to work with, she has taken care of me and my needs so well throughout this process. Also, the office manager Phyllia has been so sweet while directing and getting me in contact with whom ever I may need. I will recommend them to anyone who has any housing needs in the Flagstaff area.

We hired John Clemons (aka JB) from Jackson Associates to manage a property on AirBnb for us. He was great before we signed the contact, charming and responsive, but the minute we signed the contract with him, everything changed. He racked up over $5k worth of expenses without giving us any heads up. He wouldn't return phone calls, or emails. It typically took weeks at a time to get a response from him. He continued to rent the property out after we had terminated our contact with him. This guy is not an honest guy. Stay away.

Me and my roommates in late summer early fall of 2023 we got into a town house for rent and Jackson Associates did everything they can in our power to get into this place for an affordable price and was willing to fix or replace anything that needed it. Jackson Associates has been nothing but kind, gracious and understanding to me and my roommates so definitely give them a call

DO NOT RENT HERE! EVIL PEOPLE.
These people will take you for every last dollar you have. After they DOUBLED our rent while offering no improvements, they took our entire deposit even after we left our apartment spotless and sent us a bill for extra services because taking our entire security deposit just wasn't enough for them. Take your business to anyone else, as these people will gouge you with fees and whatever else they can think of to make an extra buck off of you. The property manager John Austin is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with and he was extremely rude and condescending.

BEWARE. This property management company does NOT have a cancellation policy. Our 9 day July trip to Flagstaff had to be cancelled due to State issued travel/quarantine restrictions because of COVID-19. After multiple phone calls, voicemail messages and emails we finally received a return email from Guest Services. Initially they refused to honor our cancellation request and stated all funds would be kept. After literally begging Jackson Associates to cancel our trip and relist the property they finally agreed to cancel our reservation. To accomplish this, we had to advise the property management company that there were no similar houses available during the time we had booked. We literally had to convince them to relist the property. Within a few days of having the property re-listed on VRBO, 7 of the 8 nights we initially reserved were booked (per VRBO availability calendar). The rates were actually higher than what we initially paid. However, Jackson and Associates is unwilling to provide us a reasonable refund. The experience we have had with Jackson Associates/ Flagstaff Vacation Rentals has been horrible. I have never dealt with a company with such a low level of customer service, ethics and morals. My advice to you is to stay far away from any property managed by Jackson Associates, Flagstaff Vacation Rentals, or Sedonagetaways.

EXTREMELY unhappy with this experience and I encourage you all to run away from any property manager by this company, since customer service is not their highest priority. Don’t set yourself up for disappointment. Now that I’m looking into this company and see all the bad reviews, it’s safe to say that I’m not surprised. My husband and I tried to book a cabin in Sedona for my husbands birthday and even though we looked through all the details carefully, the owner came back and said he could not let us book if we did not stay at least 3 nights AND was going to charge a hidden cleaning fee. We were completely okay with paying the extra fee, however due to work we couldn’t add an extra night. I have proof that online the minimum night stay was 1 night and even though we asked and confronted the owner about it he still did not let us confirm and made our dates available without notifying us first.

Tried to rent a property managed by Jackson Associates through HomeAway. They had a hidden cleaning fee of $49 above the $149 fee that was included in the advertised price. After the property was booked they emailed me and stated that the cleaning fee was only for double occupancy and that I would need to pay an additional $49. (Disclaimer the site does say in fine print double occupancy, but does not say an additional cleaning fee will be added I had to go back and find it after the email) I replied that this was bad business practice and that to charge me the $49 and let them know I would be leaving the a negative review. After another rebuttal email they informed me that since I had stated twice I would leave a negative review they were canceling my reservation. In the same email they stated that normally if the fee is an issue they waive it for customers. If that’s the case why ambush people with hidden charges? The house sleeps 10. Make the charge one price and be done with it. All around bad business practices.
