Jackie did awesome work! She is really expert in her field, she knows what she is doing! We recently got our beautiful home in Mission Viejo. My previous lender mentioned that I had to look for the houses below certain amount, however, the price of the most houses around me goes beyond allowed loan amount. I was told it is because underwriting guideline is just like that.
