I’ve been to Ivy Commons on several occasions and have always had a very positive experience. The grounds are well kept. It has usually been very quiet during my visits. The tenants I have met seem very happy and it seems to have a community atmosphere, in which the residents really care about each other. The on-site manager is very conscientious and exercises integrity. I love the common lawn area in the center of the complex! I would feel safe living here.

We are Camp Fire survivors and consider ourselves lucky to have found this pleasant, well-kept apartment complex when we needed a new place to live. The "Ivy Common" name is for the central courtyard that has lovely columns of ivy around a grass lawn. The apartment doors face into the courtyard, providing more privacy, away from street noise (though it's a quiet street), and a nice view. The apartments get regular renovation. We had freshly painted walls and new carpeting. The complex is extremely well managed and cared for by conscientious property managers. There's covered parking and an on-site laundry room. The owner keeps the rent reasonable, which is much appreciated. We highly recommend Ivy Common Apartments.

I lived at Ivy Commons for about a year. It was my very first apartment and I couldn’t have picked a better apartments complex. Very friendly neighborhood, and the Manager was absolutely amazing, she makes sure everyone feels safe. I would definitely recommend to everyone. If I ever moved back to Anderson, I’d definitely come back to this apartment complex.

I would definitely recommend Ivy Common Apartments. Everyone there is friendly and for the most part pretty quiet. It's also family friendly. When my niece visits, she loves playing in the courtyard which is very well kept. Bethany, the onsite manager, is amazing and very helpful. Whenever you need anything repaired, she makes sure it gets fixed in a timely manner and even checks up later to see how it went. Not sure if any other onsite manager does that but I really appreciate it.

Every time I have visit the Ivy Commons apartments it has been very clean and beautiful. The manager is a pleasure to speak with. I would be happy to have her as a manager. I believe she would be fair in any situation and willing to work with anyone.

Before buying my home, I had the pleasure of living at the Ivy Common Appartments. Over the several years as a resident the grounds were always kept clean, and repairs done in a timely manner. Bethany (The onsite manager) went above and beyond to make the place family friendly at all times. As a single mom myself at the time, we all know times can be trying. This superwoman knows how to keep it all together with a smile on her face. Nicely located near the Anderson Middle Scool, and Fairgrounds. This little slice of heaven will always hold a special place in my heart!

My experience at this apartment complex was horrible. The onsite manager is very unprofessional as I continued to have ongoing issues of harrassment, unfinished maintenance repairs and unsafe parking lots. I do not recommendation these apartments at all. Things are left around the complex including trash, debree and maintence items weeks at a time. Cops have been called on domestic desputes, theft and breaking into the laundry mat. It IS a smoking complex (even though it is advertised as not). Again, DO NOT RECOMMEND, EVER!

I have lived here for the past 2 years and I have never been more blessed to find a place where my child could play outside and have amazing friends. I have found that if I need anything done the amazing landlord gets it done in a timely manner and is always friendly and kind.
