Complete scam. Scammed my parents out of 1,000 dollars. The underwriter messed up our paperwork, and due to that we were denied for the loan. Ivan Acosta refused to give my parents back their 1,000 dollars even though it was their underwriters fault. Bad business and complete scam. They wouldnt work with any real estate agent but one, probably so they dont get in trouble for all the shady things they do.
