SCAM ALERT !! Do not enter contract with this company they will take 60 days from you to sell your house. They say they will buy house as is which is a complete lie. Loose contact with you and pressure you into signing documents illegally. When you report wrong doing to director Jay he will call you a lie over the phone. This company needs to be shut down , take time out to contact attorney general on behalf of this company they are FRAUD and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! They do not close on house within 60 days and very RUDE when seeking answers . WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Scammers, they will breach your contract and will not return your call or honor a signed contract. We went through disclosures, inspections, amended the contract and they gad s buyer listed in the contract. After 60-Days on the date we were supposed to close they would not call me back. The Title company hsd everything ready to close also. Hers people along with their investors should be stopped from making fraudulent contracts that they have no intent to honor. They are using homeowners and will continue until the attorney generals office gets involve, they took 60-days from you being able to sell yiur house. Take a little time and report them to the attorney generals office , along with other offices that can put a stop to them scamming you on your property

Stay away from this company! Irby buys did a mortgage take over on our home over 2 years ago and we were told the house would be out of our name within one year. Since then no one can give us a clear explanation on what their plan is with the purchasing or the selling of the home. Everyone we have talked to or worked with has supposedly quit working for Irby, and everyone else can not give us any information. We were suppose to working with Michael Beech but he will not answer phone calls or text. We have been given the run around for 2 years meanwhile the home is still in our name. We tried to compromise and offered to take the house back and handle it ourselves since they obviously are no help and they told us it would cost us $50,000. My husband and I have not been able to purchase another home since working with this company and still have no answers. This company needs to be shut down and I pray no one has to go through what we have been through with this company. So many lies have been told (when we were able to get in touch with someone). Absolutely the worst communication I have ever seen in a company. They take advantage of people and take no responsibility as a company. Stay away from this company.

The first thing I will say is I was a complete skeptic when it comes to the signs and ads about "We'll buy your home no matter the condition." I am here to let you know that Irby Buys are some of the hardest working group of people that will leave absolutely no stone unturned to get your property in the right hands. I have had a few road blocks come up on my property and they continued to work as hard as they could to get the right outcome for the homeowner (that would be me ?). Their knowledge base, professionalism, kindness, and tireless effort of all the individuals I have dealt with has been so unexpected and faith building in this day and age. There are still businesses and companies, and, even, corporations that are doing great things without the need to make tons of money off people in order to be successful. Anyone looking to sell their property while not taking on the hassle of the real estate market ... Irby Buys - Irby Group, LLC is the team who will take such great care of you and your property.
