I had a closing on a house in Atlanta that was built by this builder and although he had nothing to do with the recent sale he was very willing to provide any documents regarding the property to my client. Jody was very friendly, professional, and kept in communication with me.

2 years after closing the builder still has open warranty items that were deemed their responsibility in August 2018. I have contacted both the contractor and IRD repeatedly but all efforts have neither been followed up on or replied to...or both. Jody was very responsive and amicable prior to closing, but after that there seemed to be little effort to maintain that level of "customer service" that was demonstrated during negotiations.

If I was back in the market for a new house, seeing this name or the name of anyone I have dealt with in association with this business would be an immediate deal breaker and I would look elsewhere.
