Disappointing. Bought a home and was told inspections all passed or problems fixed. They (the agent who said he spoke for the inspector or his own assessment ) and said no problem with faucets, no cracks, no leaks, no mineralization. Told all appliances worked. After we arrived we found out one sink cracked, all bathroom faucets leaked and had mineralization, oven broken , microwave broken, trash compactor broken, and dishwasher broken (it flooded the kitchen when turned on). What did work was the home sale commission check was cashed. Company acted like this was business as usual and had no interest in making things right.

Jason may be the most patient man I have ever met in my life. He saved me from myself several times due to a problem renter. This renter could have easily blown the sale of the house if it were not for Jason handling him with kid gloves. My solution was to use Nevadas no reason 30 day eviction. Jason advised me to let him handle it and he listed, sold, and closed my house inside of 30 days with a Trouble renter and myself trying everything to blow the deal all the time. He never waved always cool calm and collected.

He also has a team led by Rose backing him up taking care of the details . When I was introduced to Jason and Intero Realestate he had sold 129 homes in 2021. We had several offers and he respectfully picked the one he thought had the best chance buying my home paying the most and closing the soonest. I can't say enough about Jason Locolo.
